You'll run 20–30 inbound diagnostic calls per week with founders who applied off our VSL — most are doing $10K–$50K/month, with some pre-revenue and some scaling past $200K. This isn't reading a script. You're building the strategic roadmap our account managers will execute against. If you can diagnose accurately, the close follows naturally.

Section 01

Who We Are

Scaling With Systems is a done-for-you marketing and sales infrastructure company. We help service-based founders — coaches, consultants, agencies, online experts — diagnose where their growth is stuck and install the systems that fix it.

Our Avatar

Founders doing $0–$200K/month, with the vast majority sitting between $10K and $50K/month. Coaches, consultants, agencies, and online service providers. A mix of pre-revenue operators trying to validate, established businesses stuck at a ceiling, and scaling teams with a specific constraint they need help breaking through.

Our Offer

The 60-Day Sprint, priced $10K–$15K. Intensive done-for-you implementation built specifically around the constraint you diagnose on the call. Every Sprint scope is custom — that's why the diagnostic matters.

How Leads Show Up

Cold founder finds us through Facebook ads or organic content → watches a long-form VSL → fills out an application → books a call. By the time they hit your calendar, they're warm but skeptical. They know our name, they don't yet trust the offer.

The Sales Floor

Small, high-performing team. You're not competing against 20 other closers — you have ownership over your pipeline and the leads in it. Direct line to the founder. Real autonomy, real upside.

Section 02

What You'll Own

Primary seat is dedicated closer on inbound. But the role also owns the pipeline — anybody who applied and didn't book, anybody who no-showed, and any prospect not already owned by another closer.

Primary
Inbound Diagnostic Calls

Run 20–30 booked calls per week off the VSL funnel. Every call is a 45-minute diagnostic — you identify the real constraint, build the strategic roadmap that solves it, and close them on the Sprint. The roadmap you build on the call is what our account management team executes against for the next 60 days. If your diagnosis is wrong, the AM is running the wrong play.

Pipeline
Follow-Up on Your Own Deals

Every prospect you take a call with stays in your pipeline until they close or die. Decision calls, follow-up texts, decision-maker loop-ins, payment plan conversations — you own the full close cycle, not just the first call.

Pipeline
Reactivation: Applied but Didn't Book

Prospects who submit an application but never schedule a call go into your reactivation queue. SMS, email, voicemail — get them onto your calendar. These are some of the highest-leverage minutes in the role.

Pipeline
No-Show Recovery

When a booked call no-shows, you work it. Some are real prospects who got pulled into a fire — you rebook them. Some aren't — you triage and move on.

Ongoing
Unowned Pipeline Prospects

Any prospect in our CRM not owned by another rep is fair game. If you see opportunity in our backlog, you can work it. Your effort directly compounds into your own commission line.

Tools
The Sales Script + Diagnostic Tool

You'll run every call through our internal sales script tool — a live, in-call diagnostic that captures their numbers, identifies the constraint, builds the deliverable, and routes the close. It does the structure so you can stay focused on the conversation.

The short version: Take the calls. Diagnose accurately. Close the ones that should close. Work the pipeline aggressively. The leads are there — your job is to convert.

Section 03

How We Run a Call

This is a diagnostic-first sale. You're not pitching — you're identifying the real constraint in their business and prescribing the right fix. Every call follows the same four phases.

Phase 1
Diagnose

0–15 min. Get their numbers — MRR, deal size, close rate, show rate, qualified %. Find the real bottleneck. Confirm it back to them in their own words.

Phase 2
Prescribe

15–25 min. Show them the constraint, the math behind it, and the plan you'd run to fix it. No pitch — just the plan.

Phase 3
Close

25–45 min. Present the program that solves the constraint. Handle objections cleanly. Decision-maker close or champion close depending on who's on the call.

Phase 4
Post-Call

Onboard if closed. Build a personalized deliverable + follow-up Loom if they need to think. Run the right close-out flow based on outcome.

This is half closer, half business consultant. You're not pitching a service — you're diagnosing a real business problem and building the roadmap to fix it. That roadmap becomes the playbook our account managers execute over the next 60 days. If you can hear a founder say "my bottleneck is fulfillment" and know whether that's the real constraint or a story they're telling themselves to avoid the real one, you'll thrive here. If you can't, you'll burn pipeline AND set the AM up to fail downstream.

Section 04

Who This Role Is For

We're not looking for the most "salesy" closer. We're looking for someone who thinks like a business owner, talks like a consultant, and closes like a closer.

You're a fit if
  • You have closed $5K+ offers to service-based founders before — coaches, consultants, agencies, online experts (or adjacent)
  • You can diagnose a business constraint before you prescribe a solution — and you can do it without sounding like a script
  • You think like a business owner: numbers, margins, unit economics. Bonus if you've run your own business and felt the same constraints our prospects feel
  • You take ownership of your full pipeline — including the prospects most reps would ignore
  • You can work EST hours reliably (most calls land 9am–6pm EST)
  • You're coachable and self-correcting — you watch your own call recordings, you adjust without being asked twice
  • You're motivated by uncapped commission and would rather earn $200K on full upside than $90K base + nothing else
  • You have strong written English — texts, follow-up emails, and pipeline communication are part of the job
This isn't for you if
  • You've only sold low-ticket or transactional offers (cars, solar, real estate, retail) — the diagnostic motion is different
  • You need a base salary or guaranteed draw — this is commission only
  • You can't work EST hours consistently
  • You're a "wait for the call, hang up, repeat" closer who won't work follow-up or pipeline
  • You default to pitching when a prospect goes off-script instead of probing deeper
  • You're juggling another sales role or running your own agency on the side and this is a "fill the gap" play
Previous business owners are strongly preferred. Our prospects are founders. The closers who consistently outperform on our team are the ones who've felt the same constraints — they've had a stuck close rate, they've had unqualified leads, they've had the cash flow tension. They don't need to fake empathy. They have it.

Section 05

Compensation & Structure

Commission-only, paid as cash is collected. No cap. The math is straightforward — your earnings track exactly with what you close.

1
10% of cash collected

Paid as we receive it. If a prospect pays in full, you're paid in full. If they pay on a plan, you're paid on the same schedule. No clawbacks on standard refund cycles.

2
Realistic OTE: $12,000–$20,000 / month

Based on what our current closers earn at 20–30 inbound calls per week. Top performers earn at the top of that range and above. Underperformers don't stay long — this is a results-based seat.

3
1099 Contractor

You're paid as an independent contractor. Remote, EST hours. You manage your own taxes. We provide the leads, the script, the CRM, and the systems — you bring the close.

4
Long-term seat

This is built to be a long-term role for the right closer. As you prove out the seat, scope expands — more leads, more pipeline ownership, potential leadership of additional closers down the line.

Section 06

Apply Now

Short application, plus a Loom video. We read every Loom — that's where most of the signal is. We'll reach out by phone if there's a fit.

This is our primary lead source. Paid-ad prospects behave differently than referrals or cold outbound — they've been pre-framed by a VSL but still arrive skeptical. It's a specific muscle.

Record a 2–4 minute Loom answering these three questions, in order:
  1. Background: what you've sold, price points, lead sources, your close rate on qualified inbound, highest-revenue founder you've personally closed.
  2. Diagnostic scenario: A founder hits your calendar doing $40K/month with a 15% close rate, 60% show rate, and ~80 calls a month. They tell you their main bottleneck is fulfillment — they can't take on more clients. Walk me through how you'd diagnose whether fulfillment is actually the constraint, and what you'd prescribe.
  3. Why this role specifically — what do you know about Scaling With Systems, and why do you think you'd be a fit?
Be specific. Real numbers and real reasoning beat polished talking points.
